HOW WE WORK WITH INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY
We work with a partner, Mitt Liv, that has worked to promote an inclusive labor market that values diversity since 2008. Together with them, we aim to define a relevant set of diversity & inclusion targets across the group.

CREATING POSITIVE DEVELOPMENT IN SOCIETY
STAR FOR LIFE
Star for Life is a non-profit organization that works with schoolchildren in southern Africa. Through a unique educational program, Star for Life coaches strengthen students’ self-esteem and motivate them to invest in their education and make wise life decisions. In this way, they can build a better future and, as adults, contribute to a more equal, fair and sustainable society.
Through Star For Life we are sponsors of Dlilanga High School in South Africa. This school has over 800 students and is located in a rural area of the province KwaZulu-Natal.
FC ROSENGÅRD
FC Rosengård is one of the most competitive women’s football teams in all of Europe. Known for their focus on social development and helping young people realize their dreams. They are active in two large social development projects, Boost, aimed at helping young people raise their level of competence and competitiveness on the labour market. Football for Life, strengthening the self-esteem and awareness of young women at hundreds of schools in South Africa.
So far over 1000 participants have achieved their goal of employment or full-time education through Boost by FC Rosengård.
FEMMEGINEERING
Femmegineering is an initiative with the mission to make a technical education a natural choice for young girls. This campaign recognizes female role models within the tech industry, their personal stories, and experiences to encourage young girls to pursue engineering careers. We know that diversity is a crucial part of our success in innovation; Femmegineering was created to inspire young girls and increase diversity.
